WPT Global runs $12,400 package satellites to the WPT World Championship every Sunday until November 29

The online route to the $10,400 WPT World Championship Main Event at Wynn Las Vegas: Sunday satellites from $1.10 steps, a $2,000 stipend in the package, and a $100,000 Golden Ticket for the first 30 qualifiers.

WPT Global’s autumn is built around one live event. Every Sunday until November 29, the room runs satellites that award $12,400 packages to the WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas: a $10,400 Main Event seat plus a $2,000 travel stipend paid into the winner’s WPT Global account, with a preferred Wynn room rate, Player Lounge access, express registration and merchandise attached. Step satellites into the Sunday finals start at $1.10, Pokerfuse reported on October 20.

It is not a results story yet, and the ledger does not carry a record for it. It is on the series board because the satellites are the main thing WPT Global’s tournament schedule is doing this quarter, and because the qualifiers will appear in a live payout table in December.

The Golden Ticket

The first 30 players to qualify through WPT Global receive a $100,000 Golden Ticket, paid only if the holder wins the Main Event outright. A deal or a chop at the final table forfeits it, and it sits outside the tournament prize pool. For a $10,400 event with a first prize that in 2024 reached $3,138,900, the ticket is a small percentage on top for one qualifier out of 30 and nothing for the other 29; its purpose is to keep the final table from chopping, which the live results will show whether it does.

The festival

PokerNews’ September 15 schedule piece puts the WPT World Championship festival at Wynn from late November into December, with the $10,400 buy-in Main Event and $1,000,000 in added mystery bounty money from the World Poker Tour. The desk records online results only, so the Main Event itself will not be on the ledger; the satellite winners, if WPT Global publishes them, will be.

What is unresolved

Two of the sources on the room disagree on the Sunday satellite price. Pokerfuse puts the entry path at $1.10 steps; a review site lists the Sunday satellite at $1,060 and runs its figures in a currency that does not match the dollar pricing elsewhere, so the desk has not used it. The series record carries the Pokerfuse figure and the PokerNews schedule and names both.

What WPT Global has not published, in the material on file, is any online tournament result from October 2026. The room’s results pages on this site are empty for that reason, with the profile explaining the schedule. The satellites are the first thing likely to fill them.
